How to care for ceramic goodies?

To prolong the life of your ceramic goodies, hand washing is recommended.

Ceramic paint palettes can be easily cleaned by wiping down the surface with a wet cloth or sponge. Wash promptly after each use. Staining may occur on the unglazed portion of the palette (the bottom) depending on the type of paints being used.

Freewheelin' Goods cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage in the future, handmade pottery can be fragile in nature and should be handled with care.

 

How to care for textile goods?
Please use detergent free of any chemicals in cold water. (Be aware that although indigo cloth has been prewashed it may still bleed, wash separately).

Approximate shipping time?
Please take into consideration processing time, meaning it can take 24-48hrs to process the order and then for example 3-5 business days thereafter. Please add 24-48hrs to your shipping time.

We try to ship items as soon as we can, but please take this time frame into consideration and as always feel free to contact us if you have any questions. 

Refunds? 
Returns available on items within 7 business days with a $10 restocking fee. Please contact us at freewheelingoods@gmail.com if you have any problems with your handmade goods.

Please note that all returned item's shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer--shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Also,  note since this is out of our hands we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
